Can I order a custom or personalized design?
If you see a Lemon Leaf Market design that you love, but would like different greens or a different container, we are happy to make that product if the container and/or greens are available. You can also request variations on wreath sizes. Please message us to work out the details.
Can Lemon Leaf Market designs be sent as gifts?
We do not gift wrap designs, but all shipments are beautifully packaged with tissue and look like a special gift when the box is opened. Add a personalized note to any order at no extra charge.
How long does transit time typically take?
Transit Time (time in hands of USPS or FedEx) is approximately 2-8 business days in the U.S. Most Lemon Leaf Market items ship USPS priority mail and arrive in 2-3 business days after they are shipped. Some larger arrangements and wreaths are shipped using USPS Ground because of the size. These items take up to 5 days longer to arrive.
Is the product pictured the exact item I will receive when I order?
You may get the exact item, but more likely you will get one that is newly made for your order. The materials pictured will be used for the design that is ordered. However, all Lemon Leaf Market designs are carefully handcrafted, so each piece is a beautiful, special, and slightly unique. Also, many of the pots are hand shaped, so there are variations in shape and coloring.
International Orders: If ordering more than one item from Lemon Leaf Market, will a shipping discount be applied?
For orders shipped to countries outside of the United States, when more than one item is purchased, I will make every effort to package items together and refund any shipping overage. Some items cannot be packaged together because of the shape or weight of the designs. Please don't hesitate to message Lemon Leaf Market to inquire about the packaging and shipping of multiple items.
